Taking its names from the famous 18th century British explorer, the Captain Cook collection by Rado expands with three new models featuring 42 mm bronze cases that offer water resistance to 300 metres / 1,000 feet.

The look is characterized by vintage details that are directly inspired to the 1962 original, a model that experienced great success. Of course, the technical specifications of the watch are updated to the modern standards to guarantee improved accuracy and reliability.

The three models are offered with blue (ref. R32504205), brown (ref. R32504306) or green (ref. R32504315) sunburst dials and matching bezels in high-tech ceramic. The oversized indexes and the chunky arrow-shaped hands are treated with white Super-LumiNova.

The watch is powered by the 4 Hz ETA C07.611 automatic movement with date at 3 o’clock and up to 80 hours power reserve. The screw-down case back is decorated with three stamped seahorses.

The price of the new Rado Captain Cook Bronze is Euro 2,680. rado.com
