    Default Not really military...

...but looks good on a BUND (I think ). I just took it off a custom Toshi, and being a recent convert to the BUND strap, decided to give it a try. I think it will stay on this for a while.

Thanks for the welcome. Actually, this is the only one I have. A while ago I was looking around for 'tool watch' chronos and thought that a Speedie Pro must fit into that category. While I was looking for the Speedie I came across the 6138 and loved it. Better than the Speedie in virtually all categories (IMO ). It is certainly good value for money. It is at least as legible... and some might say, more legible than the Speedie. It has day and date. I have to say that it is one of the watches in my collection I enjoy the most.

More recently (and with some helpful advice and encouragement from a member here) I have decided to focus more on 'military' type chronos.

Here are a couple of pics. The first is a comparison between the Speedie Pro and the Seiko 6138-3002. The second is a recent acquisition... a Tengler Bundeswehr issued Lemania 5100.

Like the Tengler - Dave S has (had?) one of those. Looking forward to seeing more photos of it, together with your military chrono's.

    Regards

    Jon'.

Yes. Dave either had, or still has, one of these...
