    Default PVD Heuer Bund

I saw this pvd Heuer Bund recently and at first, I wasn't sure about it. Then it started to grow on me, partly because it is a Sinn refurb - note the cut-off numbers. I reckon that once this is showing signs of use with the pvd wearing off the high points of the case and the bezel loses paint around its edge, this is going to have real character.

Always thought a well worn pvd Seiko Gen' 1 would look good on a tatty nato...

    What do you think?

    Regards

Well from the hospital waiting room I am currently sitting in waiting for an Xray on my possible broen finger I think it looks great. Pvd is a good way of resurecting a battered old watch.

    I'd buy it!

Sorry to hear about the potentially broken finger.

Agree re the PVD - and the Bund. Very cool.

Oh dear, how did that happen? Did you get it stuck in a **** Van ****?

(I'm being sensored - I was only wondering if you got it stuck in a Dutch ditch but that didn't work, so I tried a bit of lateral thinking by mentioning the actor who played Professor Caractacus Potts in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang but that was double sensored! Guess you now know what I mean?).

I Like it, and I think it will have character, but it looks a little pristine at the moment.

BTW, I am wondering what is on the crown, looks almost like the Lemania crown logo, which would be very novel. I thought HB crowns were all sterile

The crown diameter doesn't look as large as I recall most examples the original being.... Any Idea?

If it's Lemania-powered, I'm interested. Tool Chrono - interested. Dive Chrono - interested. Interesting - interested

You're right about that crown Dave - can't tell if it's a logo or it was affected when it was bead blasted? It looks like the crown on mine but as you say, they are usually sterile. Hopefully Jason will read this and reveal all?

    Regards
