How very cool Ludo... Geoff has one and I tried it at the London GTG... found it a little small for me maybe... very cool though...

Any close ups of that beautiful dial...?

WOW! Great pick-up! Paul Newman all the way!

Those are a little smaller than other Rolex sport models, right? Like 36 or 37mm without the crown? I think that's a great size - understated.

    Wow! That's quite a catch!

This watch is a timeless beauty, and even though I'm not really into the Rolex craze, I have to admit I'm jealous.

I hope to get a glimpse of this watch soon...

    Well worth the wait!

A truly elegant watch. I love that combination.

In my youth the original Daytona was the only watch I ever really wanted.

It only took me 30 more years to realise the dream!

    Default Stunning

    Well done Ludovic.
One of my absolute favourites, and just so far ahead of any of the modern offerings in that model for Rolex.
Enjoy it - can't imagine why you wouldn't!

    my friends,

take a seat before reading these words.

i apologize for the joke... please don't blame me.

we decided with Alistair to post this watch , as we decided to erase the pics for the same reasons.
this watch was one of the most terrifying aftermarket dayto's rebuilding i have ever seen: valjoux 72 powered.
the aim was to show you how much this market dangerous can be.

    have a nice week end
    cheers!
