Default Franken Lemania 5012 / Omega / Whatever?

I cam across this one recently online, for sale at a £1990 asking price. Itís claimed to be:

Military Issue Chronograph Automatic Lemania 5100 movement. A very rare version of Omega Speedmaster Mark V issued to Armend Forces in the 1980s. The case is PVD coated and in great condition, the caseback is see-through type and is replacement of original Army-marked caseback that has beed removed when the watch was 'demilitarised'. Signed PVD coated crown, signed movement. The chronograph is on Bund type leather strap. The movement has been fully serviced in November 2016.

Apart from the dubious spelling, it looks to me like a franken, with the dial, indeed, from a Mk V Speedmaster, but the case from a Heuer or the delectable (ahem, cough) Phillip Morris Tobacco model below. The line about the removal of the military case back sounds a bit far-fetched, too and I'm not aware that these were ever mil-issued - certainly they weren't issued to British Armed Forces.

The funny thing is that, if you removed the PVD finish and re-lumed dial and hands, it could be quite a nice little watch. But not one worth £2k.

    What do you think?

    The Phillip Morris PVD version:

And the Omega Mk V, from which the dial appears to originate:

Yep, I complained to Ebay when this was listed there, and complained by PM to the seller too.
    His reply to me was

"And what makes you such an expert?"

    Awful franken
If it's Lemania-powered, I'm interested. Tool Chrono - interested. Dive Chrono - interested. Interesting - interested
