Default Lemania Wanted - what are YOU looking for???

I do a relatively large amount of internet searching related to Lemania watches.
    It has become a habit.
But at the moment, I am not sure I am actually looking for a Lemania watch.

Because I have most of the ones I want. Tutima ZUZ. EZM1. Lemania like the Sinn 142. 2 x BBC Lemanias of totally different style. Lorenz Lemania. HS9. The Selectron Lemania (think SwAF or SAAF). And so on.

Of course, if something lovely turns up (and is a bargain) it is hard to resist.
But at present I am not sure I am actually looking for something.

I keep half an eye out for a nice, relatively modern 1872 or 1873 that I can use as a daily wearer (including swimming). But this is not an actual hunt - I just want to see what is out there.

And I suppose I do really want to find a Lemania quartz. But they are so vanishingly rare I am sure I never will.

    So what about you??

We are a good little niche forum here, we can help each other out, help find stuff for each other.

Of course, your search may be top secret, and you may not want to share.

But if you do, post it here and maybe we can assist each other in finding those hard-to-reach watches.

    Dave
If it's Lemania-powered, I'm interested. Tool Chrono - interested. Dive Chrono - interested. Interesting - interested

    Hey there
Here is my list from a newbi in no particular order,

    Lemania
    >RAN or SAAF 5012 not fussed really either will do nicely SAAF has an AF mark with issue number but not sure what markings the RAN has
    >Royal Navy, single pusher, Non Lume Submarine cal 15CHT series 1 or cal 2220, series 3 - 0552/924-3312
    >Royal Navy / Fleet Air Arm possible it exists also in RAN or SAAF, double pusher, cal 1872, from 1975 or 1976 - 0552/924-3306
    >Ferrari dialed 105 for the misses being a "de Fonzi" as like to call it.
    >Regular dialed 105 for me

    Other brands
    >EZM1 h3 or ar, The likelihood of finding a issued gsg9 or zuz is kinda low but they do too
    >Minerva VD 712 issued "Svenska Flottan" (Swedish navy i think) - issued three crowns
    >Seiko 6105-8110 issued - three crowns
    >Seiko 7005-8052 issued - three crowns
    >Seiko 7123-823B issued - three crowns
    >Seiko 7T27-7A20 issued - M3440-058010 - SwaF
    >City - Bravur - issued three crowns

Note: Three crowns in swedish is "tre kronor". To have the stamp applied is refereed to as "kronmärkt"
This is similar British practice of marking Pheon/broad arrow.

Note #2: M number is the modern marking, there are transitional pieces that can have three crowns and a M number. I've seen this on tg195's.

This list was good to create, it will help focus my thoughts and collection.
To help me in correcting my understanding of GOOD and solid reference. Please give advice and corrections where required.
Also to learn more about other peoples focus and lend a hand. Like i didn't realise there were digital Lemania until today so thanks Dave.

The more eyes on the better.

    Cheers
    Pat

I think my wishlist has shifted a bit away from Lemanias. If there'd be a good offer, i'd propably buy a Tissot Yachting, and i'm still a bit angry i missed a Tissot Navigator 5012 with beautyfull brown dial on original bracelet - because the seller was such an *****. I even think of selling my Marchairuz, because it does not get enough time on the wrist...

The two watches i really like to have are: this Dugena Cal 12 (starting bid: 1.6k€, estimate: 3.2 k€ ) and a Roamer Stigray JT. Nothing for this Subforum...

Edit: there is a watch with a Lemania (?) movement i'd like to buy. However i fear i'll be kicked out here

Would love a 5012 RAN (tapatpat - the pheon on the dial is the most distinguishing characteristic)
For some strange collecting OCD reason another EZM1; 3H or other.
The Lemania dialled A.M.I (I kicked myself for not going for one last year).
And a scruffy black issued PD....

Best i can do is this on chrono24, i'm guessing its not issued. As NO BUND or NSN.
    😀
Why would a civvi have a 3h dial? Dial swap? Educate the newbi.

    Cheers Pat.

A beaten up pd for the win. Got some issues including convincing seller to ship to your location...

Am I on the right track?

If i get one, we'll see the reaction

The Tissot's: Navigator Yachting is 1341, and there is a (rare) Navigator with 5012, with a great dial, like cote de geneve, but in wawes, not stripes.

Yes. This one is for sale for a long time now. Look at the case & guess why

Ok, call it radar tuning, the yachting is correct, just need to better example. And your after the 'cote de wave' 5012. Not seen the yachting before very nice. ATG or Daves posted a Lemania with 'waves' I think the in picture guide I check.

Wonder what Andy_s reaction going to be for pd. He did ask for a beaten up one. Also not sure exactly what he's after.
