I really like the look of the Villard excepting that it's cased in a Tissot Navigator case and bracelet with a blank case back.
Was Villard connected to Swatch ?

No idea about Villard and Swatch, but there are also other lemania powered watches IMHO in this case - not just the Tissot Navigator...

Yes you are correct .I did assume a Tissot case as the bracelet has a T on the clasp

It's a Tissot bracelet, that's right. I also like the Villard, nice dial and nice aged yellow hands. If it was mine, i'd have the central sconds hand painted in the same yellow as the other two.

The seller of this stratoliner has a lot of interesting watches for sale, with at least 4 Lemania powered.

If it's Lemania-powered, I'm interested. Tool Chrono - interested. Dive Chrono - interested. Interesting - interested

There are a great many Lemania powered mil-watches in this Auctionata sale.
There is also a very suspicious Heuer AMI "Prototype" with a V7750 movement.
Prorotype is a very good way of trying to legitimise a total put-together.
