There's an ultra nice Heuer 501.503 with box & papers over on onthedash. What i don't like is this 'make me an offer'.

Hamilton 'Soccer' Lemania 5100 on uhrforum. With Box&Papers, lowered to 890€ now. However, not my style anyway.

here's a nice&huge ELKA with Lemania 1341. ELKA (Ernst Louis Kiek Amsterdam) is from the netherlands. I'd go for it - if i hadn't my RegaMatic in the same case already...

    edit: reserved now. someone here?

I posted one of the cal 1872 Tissot Navigators on here a few years ago and there was some interest. Here's one on the 'bay (not mine).

    Interesting.
I shall watch to see where this goes. Interesting that he seems to indicate that he thinks the case is identical to the 2446 Autavia (it is not, I think). Nice example, should go large (though I am quite positive the bracelet is not original, the endlinks are a horrid fit.
Lou, I thought you had a perfect bracelet on yours, care to comment??

hadn't noticed he was offering a bracelet. Does not seem to be like mine and I agree that the endlinks are a shabby fit.

Lou yours is the best example I have yet seen.
And your endlinks look the business, although I am surprised the bracelet itself is wider than the lugs - an unusual feature (unless the watch has shrouded lugs)

Also interesting that the one you linked to went for $2275 - that's a lot.

Isn't the case is quite similar to the 2446C, not the 2446?

I agree that it is (similar). Very similar. But it is not the same (which he claims).
The first point is that the 2446 C (as far as I can tell, I never owned one) has a snap back, and the SwAF and Tissot are a screwed back.
The scalloped section on the rear of the case (next to the caseback) is wider on the screwed back Lemanias, and narrower on the Heuers.
Also, the Tissot (and Lemania, and Selectron like mine) have a third chamfer on the lugs.
On the Autavia, the lugs are chamfered between the top and the side, and also between the top and the end.
The others have those chamfers, but they also have a chamfer between the side and the end, and the Heuers do not.
I am sure the dimensions are different too, but I can find no difinitive figures to make the comparison.
