    Default Golden Victory

Not sure if this has been posted before (or even if I'm allowed to) but here's the Victory. In gold. A first for Bremont, who've not produced a precious metal case before. Nor indeed a crocodile strap...

I think it looks amazing. What do you reckon?

For me it will depend on the sides. I don't like the gold-faced 37mm solo because I think it looks weird with the stainless sides, but I like the one with gold hands and stainless bezel. With the Victory, if it's all gold, I think it will look great, but if it's only gold on the bezel...I don't know that I'd be sold on that. I'd have to see a picture first.

Of course I'm saying this completely unable to purchase one...

    That looks amazing.
    I can't wait to see 360˚ pictures.
If the Stainless steel one is nearly £12K, what on earth is this going to be?

    Nice!
But I won't try to imagine the price on the gold Victory!

All sold out? And who here first suggested that Bremont should make gold watches???

Maybe I should get a special discount for my suggestion...
Now let's see how long it would take to sell a batch of rose gold Supermarine!! And I'd like serial #001 please!

I think this looks great however have some reservations. I'm quite a fan of rose/red/pink golds but I'm not really sure that this does it for me as much as the steel. I really can't put my finger on why that's the case and suspect it may be different if I saw them in the flesh although it seems unlikely to happen if they've all sold!

wow, even more stunning in the gold. I remain very impressed by this particular effort, it's just such a good looking piece.

I guess they are very very low volume then.
Still it would be interesting to know the price.
It a long way above my price level though, whatever it is.

I think the gold is limited to 40 pieces with a retail a shade north of £20,000. Personally it feels a big difference in price to the steel but then I guess there will only be 40 of them...and its bremonts first foray into precious metals. No doubt the two combined will lead to high residuals for those lucky enough to get one:-)

Alistair, do you know if the steel victory is due to have the same strap as shown on the gold here?
