I had my very own introduction thread, so my taste in watches is already a known commodity. Other fun facts:

I'm a painter and adjunct faculty member at the Parsons School of Design. Some paintings are here:

I'm an avid horseplayer and an amateur jazz musician. 43 years old, married to the aptly-named Joy for 11 years, no kids. We live in NYC.

    Hi,
I'm Gary (the other one - easy to tell the difference, Agent Orange is tall and I'm less tall, alot less tall, and I'm rounder )

Got into watches when I was about 10 and my Dad gave me one of my grandfather's watches. Been hooked ever since. I'm forty in a fortnight and over the last 30 years a lot of watches have come and gone whilst I refine my collection. At the moment it's very refined, I have a vintage Rolex GMT, but I'm interested in sports model watches generally.

Other interests include vintage cars (a passion which I share with my brother). We have a couple of MGs and a 5 series BMW.

I also love the water and most things you can do on it, in it and under it. I kayak, swim and dive. Finally, I've recently taken up archery which I find strangely calming and theraputic.

    That's me.

    Gary

    Hey Paul,

I'm liking these ones a lot....got any prints?

A good friend of mine from my film/TV days works at the Tribecca Centre on and off and I have been known to fly over for the weekend when the weather is good. It's got a great Vibe, I know a few watch guys in NY and Brooklyn now so next time maybe we could get together.....

Alistair - no prints, but I do have some small-scale paintings. PM me when you're going to be in town. My studio door is open - it's out in Brooklyn, very easy to get to. At the very least, we could grab a coffee...

    Good afternoon

I have been hovering here for some time prior to registering as a member mainly because of my interest in Bremont.

For my sins, I am a building contractor married with two grown up, left home kids (not kids anymore - Iím sure you understand).

I just recently started collecting and currently have an Alt1-c with retro fitted bracelet along with a Rolex datejust.

I saw Bremont at Goodwood last year and that was that.

I have put my name forward for a Supermarine with my AD and I am now looking forward to his call!

Quite fancy an Breitling Navitimer as some stage, but I think if Bremont keep coming up with interesting ideas, this purchase may be some way off!

    Regards to all!
