Guarantees and Returns
Any watch may be returned after purchase as long as contact is made by Email within 3 days. It must not have been worn or altered including the straps, bracelet links removed and the boxes destroyed. The buyer must meet the cost of shipping the watch back and meet any further bank or transfer charges relating to the refund .
All of the watches sold on this site have been serviced and have a mechanical warranty extended by the site for up to 3 months; this warranty however does not cover the day to day accuracy of the watch as they are vintage pieces (at least 20 years old) and are prone to losing or gaining time.
The warranty does not extend to any watch that is miss-used including immersion in water. Any returns will be inspected by a Professional Watchmaker and compared to detailed archive photographs. If the watch in question is deemed to have been miss-treated in any way then they will be returned to the buyer at their cost.
The watches are in the best condition they can be when leaving this site but they are NOT water proof or even splash proof unless stated otherwise.
Items returned that comply with the returns policy must be shipped using the same method both signed for and insured, returns must have the standard labelling of ‘Return to supplier under warranty’. Do not return any item without contacting ATG first.

During my time selling watches I have sold and shipped hundreds of items whose values have ranged from £1£0 to ££3,000 and I have not lost one item. There have been plenty of problems, customs in Canada on strike, DHL entering the wrong tracking number. Straps taking 12 days to get to San Francisco while the same order to New York took 3 days but rest assured, ATG will endeavour to get your purchase to you as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
Ordering
Orders can be placed through the online ordering system using the shipping methods offered or by phone. As many of my products are one vintage and one of a kind you must email me to confirm the watch is available. After initial intent to buy I will hold the watch for 3 days until payment is received so that I don’t get two buyers. Although I will endeavour to avoid this happening rest assured the item are sold on a first come first served basis so any buying clash will result in a refund with no costs associated.
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment after I have confirmed ordering costs by email when your card will be charged. Purchases with a credit card will not ship to a PO. Box.
As my business is based in the uk all prices are in UK pounds. That is how you must pay and your card issuer will convert the price to your local currency at the rate they supply on the day. Use www.xe.com to gain an approximate charge.

Returns
All watches come with a return privilege, straps and accessories do not unless defective.
Any watch may be returned for any reasonable reason provided you inform me within 3 days of receipt. For a refund, the watch must not have been worn, altered or damaged in any way; this includes removal of bracelet links and protective stickers. Any item supplied to special order is excluded from this returns policy.
Return postal charges are at the expense of the buyer. The refund will be made subject to compliance with the above and on receipt and inspection by me of the watch in question. If any returned item has been tampered with as specified above then I will need to make a charge to take that into consideration.
Please do not return any item without informing me you are returning it and always return the item by a mode of shipping which is both insured and requires a signature. Items returned under the returns policy should be clearly marked "Goods returned to merchant under warranty". I will refuse delivery on any package which attracts customs duty because it has not been correctly marked.
Items which have been specially ordered will attract a 10% restocking fee.
Payment can be made by any of the following methods:
- Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Delta, Electron and Maestro (formerly known as Switch in the UK).
- If you wish to pay by this credit/debit card, please confirm by e-mail that the watch is still available and then use the shopping basket on the website to place your order online.
- Paypal is the current method of payment at ATG

Please note that all charges will be made in UK Pounds Sterling. Items purchased with a credit or charge card cannot be shipped to a PO Box address.
